A curated selection of apartments and hotels across Barcelona's best neighbourhoods, personally inspected, honestly priced, and backed by a team you can call when the Wi-Fi plays up.
Way2Barcelona started with four friends, a shared laptop and one apartment to rent out. Today it's twenty-two people — small enough to still answer the phone, big enough to be in the city every day of the week.
Back in 2008, finding a decent apartment in Barcelona was a mess of bad photos, phantom listings, and agencies you couldn't call back. A handful of us — half locals, half expats — decided to run things the way we'd want them run.
Seventeen years later, our rules are still the same: visit every listing in person, say the honest number upfront, and pick up the phone when it rings. We've helped guests from 52 countries find a bed, a flat or a driver — and most of them come back.

Metro cheat sheets, airport routes decoded, and private transfers at fixed prices. Twelve-year-old sons find their way around Barcelona faster than they do their own schools — this is why.

Where to eat when the restaurants near Sagrada Família let you down. Where to pick up the padrón. What to do on a rainy Tuesday. Not a guidebook — a group chat with locals.
Every listing is verified, every tip is personally tested. No paid partnerships, no "sponsored" recommendations we'd never actually give.
Honest photos, honest prices. What you see is what you get. The only line item we add is the city's tourist tax — and we tell you upfront.
We're not owned by a property-management group or a booking engine. We work for you — our only loyalty is to the person who booked.
Barcelona is a living city, not a theme park. We rent through local owners, respect residential rules, and promote slow travel over bucket-list sprinting.
Operating in Barcelona since 2008 — through two mayors, three city councils, and every rental-law revision in between.
Every apartment and hotel personally inspected by our team. Accurate photos, honest descriptions. The flat is the flat.
Guests from Reykjavik to Rio. Multilingual support, visa paperwork guidance, cultural translation when it matters.
A human on the phone whenever you need one. Night arrivals, Sunday emergencies — we're the number you call.

Barcelona-born, twenty-plus years in hospitality. Still answers emails on Sunday morning. Still tests every new apartment himself.

Manages the property portfolio and knows every landlord in Eixample by first name. The person we send to translate a lease.

Writes our transport guides, keeps the fares current, and has cycled every bike lane in the city. Twice.

Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Catalan — and the person most often credited by name in our reviews.

Runs the driver network. If your flight's delayed, Carlos knows before you do. Twenty-four seven, no exceptions.

British expat, decade in Barcelona, matches guests to flats by vibe. Knows which balconies get the morning sun.
Properties and services described honestly, kept current, re-inspected annually.
No hidden fees. No surprise charges. One number, one invoice.
Median reply inside three business hours. Night emergencies answered immediately.
Polite, patient, prepared. From the first email to the final key handover.
Lost key, broken boiler, pickpocket — one number, one team.
Every booking debriefed. We change what guests tell us needs changing.
Your data is yours. Secure handling, GDPR compliant, no third-party sales.
From the Gothic Quarter's medieval alleys to Gaudí's cathedrals, from Boqueria's market stalls to Montjuïc's gardens — we live this city on weekends and workdays alike. That's the lens we book your stay through.
Weekend, month, or forever — whatever you're planning, we're here to make the mechanics of it work so you can get on with the good stuff.
Email, phone, or coffee at the office in Pau Claris. Whichever works for you.
