The right flat in the right barrio

Rent in Barcelona without the usual rental drama.

Barcelona's rental market is competitive, bureaucratic, and in Catalan. We handle the paperwork, speak to the landlord, and make sure the fridge actually works before you unlock the door.

Every apartment on our list is furnished, has fibre internet, and comes with a human you can call. We rent to tourists, remote workers, students, and families relocating — and we price each stay by what it actually is, not by what the market will bear.

Common questions

The things most people email us first.

What documents do I need to rent in Barcelona?

Short-stay: passport/ID and payment. Long-term: passport/ID, proof of income (last three payslips or equivalent), and sometimes a Spanish bank account. If you don't have one yet, we can walk you through opening one in a morning.

Are utilities included?

Short-term stays bundle everything — Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas. Long-term contracts typically include community fees; electricity and gas are in your name but we handle the transfer.

How does the deposit work?

Short-stay deposits run €200–500, held and returned after checkout. Long-term is one to two months' rent, protected under Spanish rental law (INCASOL) and refunded when you leave in the same condition.

Can I rent without seeing the apartment in person?

Yes — plenty of our international guests do. We send detailed video tours and get on a live call to walk through the flat with you. If it's not what the video showed, we move you.

What about the tourist licence rules?

Barcelona regulates short-term tourist rentals strictly. Every apartment we offer for stays under 31 days holds a valid HUTB licence — ask us for the number if you want to verify.
